Overview
Qualtrics is a powerful and flexible web survey tool. Qualtrics meets IRB requirements for collecting and storing data including PII, FERPA, and HIPAA/PHI (it is encrypted in transit, at rest, and in backups). A Qualtrics account can be used used for academic, research, or administrative purposes however it cannot be used for commercial purposes.
Qualtrics is now available through May 31, 2026.
Create an Account
Faculty, staff, and students at all UT campuses can log in to Qualtrics using their NetID and password by signing in below. If creating a new account, when asked if you already have a pre-existing account, select No.
NOTE: If you search for a person in Qualtrics, but they do not appear, they likely have not accessed their UT Qualtrics account yet. After they log in to their account, they should show up when adding collaborators to a survey.
