Kivuto WebStore: Download and/or Purchase Products

Instructions 

1. Access the Kivuto Web store at http://utk.onthehub.com
2. Log in by clicking the ‘Sign In’ option in the upper right corner.
3. Faculty and Staff should select the ‘Faculty/ Staff’ tab; Students should select the Students tab just below the search bar
4. Browse the Webstore
   
5. Select the Microsoft product you would like to purchase/ download and click the ‘Add to Cart’ button for each product.
   *Students are eligible to download ONE copy of Windows 10 at no cost.
6. Click the ‘Shopping Cart’ button in the upper right of the page and select ‘View Full Cart’
7. Determine if you would to purchase back-up media for your selected product(s). You can choose either a disc back-up or a USB back-up.
   *Keep in mind, OIT cannot replace lost or misplaced installations or product keys.
   
8. Determine if you would like to purchase the Extended Access Guarantee, if applicable to your order.
9. Once you have made your selections, click the ‘Check Out’ button at the bottom of the cart.
10. Complete your transaction by following the on-screen instructions.
