This list is an overview and is not inclusive of all offerings. Feel free to inquire about anything else we might be able to assist with for your event by including it in your request form.

Facilities does not handle or confirm space reservations in 25Live. Space reservations are managed by the Office of Campus Events

Moving & Event Services Team:

Formerly “Rapid Response”. Normal business hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.

  • Moving assistance, set up & room arranging.
  • 8 ft. x 2.5 ft. rectangular tables. MINIMUM DELIVERY OF 5
  • Folding chairs. MINIMUM DELIVERY OF 25
  • Stages (various sizes. Includes rails, stairs, etc. as needed.)
  • Wooden risers (various sizes)
  • Speakers (Bluetooth & column.)
  • Microphones (Handheld & lavalier.)
  • Electrical support (extension cords, spider boxes, generators.)

* We do not offer items such as round tables, cocktail tables, tents, bars, stanchions, projectors/screens, or podiums. They will need to be rented from an external vendor.

Building Services Team (Custodial Support):

  • Cleaning before/during/after the event.
  • Additional trash/recycling bins for interior spaces.
  • Trash removal before/during/after event.
  • Restroom stocking/cleaning and after-hours access.

Recycling Team:

  • Trash & recycling bins for exterior spaces.
  • “Zero Waste” event support/staff.  
  • Compost bins.

Landscaping/Grounds:

  • Water access.
  • Cutting lawns/trimming bushes.
  • Removing bollards from walkways.
  • Sprinkler schedule adjustments.
  • Placing signs/stakes into the ground.   

 

Pricing & Estimates:

Effective July, 2024, all work orders for event-related services will be billable to the DASH Chart of Accounts of the department hosting the event, with the exception of Registered Student Organizations*.

All services are billed as the hourly rate of the team members. We do not charge for materials and there is no markup to our services, however overtime rates may apply for services rendered outside the team member’s normal business hours. Some services may require multiple team members and will be billed accordingly.

To receive an estimate for services, please fill out the Event Services Request form and indicate that you will need an estimate when prompted.

* Some services for RSO’s and Greek organizations are complimentary during normal business hours. Charges will apply for after-hours and weekend services. Exclusions apply.
