Learn how to create a custom TeamDynamix (TDX) dashboard to view Facilities Services reports. This quick job aid walks you through logging in with UTK credentials, setting up a new dashboard layout, adding report widgets, and managing dashboard defaults.

1. Navigate to the TDX login page at the following URL: https://utk.teamdynamix.com/. Select Users and use your UTK credentials to log in
2. Select "New Dashboard" and name your new dashboard
- You can keep the default layout or select the small booklet button on the right to change it.
- We recommend you choose a new layout. 100% is what most people prefer.
- Select “Add Widget” and choose Facilities Services on the left hand side.
- Locate the report you would like to see. In this example it’s the “FS Construction Services Closed LOTO” report. Select the report to add it to your dashboard.
- You can select the “+” button on the left to add more reports or select save to finish. (For this example you will just select save as there are no other LOTO reports)
- Once you save, select the Home Button in the top left. To view the report select it from the drop down on the top left.
- You can manage your dashboards and set defaults by selecting the “Manage Dashboards” button on the top right.
