Leading up to the DASH Go-Live, a new account structure was created to support reporting, processes and functionality in the Oracle Cloud environment.
Various UT stakeholders were included in workshops that focused on the creation of the new Chart of Accounts (COA) for DASH, including business users and subject matter advisers from each UT campus and institute. Other inputs were used to create the new Chart of Accounts, including: Annual Comprehensive Financial Reports, various other University compliance reports, IRIS extracts, NACUBO codes and guidance from the system integration partner, Accenture.
