Employees from throughout the UT System helped – and continue to help – make decisions regarding DASH. This engagement began with the business process review for UT, which included about 300 employees throughout the UT System in finance, human resources and payroll process areas. Different teams have been and will continue to be working on the different areas of the DASH Project in a post-Go-Live capacity. The governance structure and escalation process for DASH has engaged senior leaders throughout the UT System to advise on and make decisions, and final decisions have been and will be made by the DASH Project’s Executive Committee, as applicable.
