In preparation for DASH go-live on January 6, 2025, UT employees are encouraged to make any changes necessary to their home address in the IRIS Web Portal by December 3, 2024. All employees will receive printed 2024 W-2 forms via standard US mail. If your address is correct in IRIS, there is no need to make any changes.
UPDATE: The ability to edit your home address in the IRIS Web Portal will re-open on Monday, December 9th for home address changes. These home address changes will only apply for mailing copies of your 2024 W-2 form to your home address. If you make a change to your home address in the IRIS Web Portal after the original published deadline of December 3rd, you will need to also make that change in DASH after go-live on January 6, 2025.
To make changes to your home address in the IRIS Web Portal, follow the steps included below and use the provided screen shots as examples:
- Log in to the portal using your NetID and password.
- Navigate to the Employee-Self Service tab.
- Click on Personal Information.
4. Next, select Personal Profile.
5. Under the “Permanent residence” section, click the Pencil icon.
6. Edit address information (if necessary), and then select Save. Please note that only your permanent residence information can be changed; primary office information cannot be changed here.
