Kaltura can be downloaded through Moodle. To do so, follow these instructions:
1. In Moodle, click on the My Media tab.
2. Click on the Add New box and select Kaltura Capture.
3. Select either Download for Windows or Download for Mac.
4. Once the setup Wizard installs, follow the prompts to install Kaltura.
