Instructions

  1. Open your device's App Store.
  2. Select Search.
  3. Enter Teams in the search entry box.

  1. Select Install.
  2. Select Open.

  1. Select Get Started.

  1. Enter your NetID@tennessee.edu formatted email.

Sign in to Teams mobile app using your NetID@tennessee.edu formatted email.

 

  1. Select Work or School Account, if needed.

  1. Authenticate:
    1. Enter your UTK email and Password.
    2. Complete 2FA.
  2. Select Next to move through the next four Teams Overview screens.

  1. Select your options for Privacy, Allow Nearby Devices, Access Location, and How to Use your Location.

Your Teams mobile app is ready to use.

  • Chat:  Connect with individuals or groups.
  • Team: A list of Teams you are a member of or own.
  • Three-dot menu: Additional options within Teams.
