How do I handle calls about OptiSigns
Overview
We are transitioning our Digital Signage service from HyperSign to OptiSigns. The AV Services team (Megan and Candy) is emailing current HyperSign users with instructions for moving to the new platform. We may also receive calls requesting new signage setups.

If the caller doesn't have a room number, list the floor or a description of where it's at (Lobby, 2nd floor near elevators, etc.). Be sure to include good contact information.
