- Keep meetings confidential with advanced protections such as watermarks, sensitivity labels, end-to-end encryption, and controls over who can record.

Eligibility
Most active faculty and staff on the Knoxville campus, UT Space Institute, Institute of Agriculture, Institute for Public Service, and UT System Administration are eligible.
The following faculty and staff designations have a limited Microsoft license*, which does not include access to Teams Premium:
- Pending Employees for UTSA
- Emeritus Faculty
- Faculty Retirees
- Ushers
- Employees with a special appointment (previously IRIS subgroup 40)
- Contingent Workers, including many adjunct faculty and county-paid Ag Extension employees (previously Friends of the University)
- Sponsored users
*If you have a limited license, your department may purchase an A5 license, plus Teams Premium, for $111.41 per year. Any account with a purchased A5 license will be upgraded and billed at the new rate.
