The latest version of the Zoom Workplace desktop app includes an option to add meeting attachments when scheduling the meeting. Attachments can include Zoom Docs or Zoom New Whiteboards, or an external file such as a slide deck or a image. Once attached to the meeting, participants will be able to download the attachment, or access the shared filed, such as with a Zoom New Whiteboard or Zoom Doc.
Before getting started with attachments, be sure to download and install the latest Zoom Workplace app version.
To attach a file to a Zoom meeting -
- Sign in to the Zoom Workplace app.
- Select Schedule (to schedule a new meeting).
- The Meeting Attachments option is available on the new meeting schedule page, located above the Meeting Security options.
