We are excited to announce that the implementation of DASH in January 2025 brought new enhancements and updates for K@TE!
With the transition from IRIS to DASH, K@TE became the official system of record for UT employees’ training records, which includes trainings completed or recorded in K@TE from July 2017 through the current date. If you were hired before January 2025 and would like to save a record of all your training completions, including training completed or recorded before July 2017, please download a copy of your “My HR 128 Training History” report from the IRIS Web Portal prior to this system's retirement in December 2025. Another benefit of this transition from IRIS to DASH is that direct managers are now associated with their direct reports’ records in K@TE. With this new update available with DASH, managers automatically gain elevated rights in K@TE to review training-related information for their direct reports. These elevated rights, along with training resources, will be highlighted in more detail in 2025.
