How to Determine if Your Windows Device is Enrolled

  1. In the search bar type “Access work or school”.
  2. Best Match should show as “Access work or School Systems Settings”. Click on it to open.
  3. You should see one of the two options below.  Click to expand the section.

      4. You should then see the following.  Click on the “Info” button.

      5. Scroll down to see the following.  If the date is within a week then you should be connected to Intune already.

How to Install Microsoft Intune

      1. Go to the University's Software Distribution website: https://webapps.utk.edu/oit/softwaredistribution

      2. Select the option that reads, "I am installing this software on a UT-owned computer." Intune should only be installed on University-owned devices.

      3. Select "Endpoint Management (Intune) - UTK Intune Windows Join Package," from the list of available software. From here you will be able to download the installation instructions.
