There are a few steps to follow when embedding a video in ePortfolio assignments:
- Record your video using OIT-recommended video recordings, such as Zoom, Panopto, or Mobile device.
- Upload your video to Canvas Studio.
- On the uploaded video in Canvas Studio, select the three vertical dots on the video card. Then select Share Media and retrieve the link for embedding in the ePortfolio.

- To retrieve the link that you need to embed in the ePortfolio, select Links > Create Public Link.

- Select Links > Embed Code. Copy and paste the Embed code into your ePortfolio assignment - HTML/Embedded Content box.

- To paste the code into your ePortfolio assignment, select Home on the assignment page. Select Edit This Page > HTML/Embedded Content and paste the HTML code into the HTML/Embedded Content box. Then click Save Page.
