Microsoft Teams: Switch Layout

Overview

Microsoft Teams defaults to the Grid View layout. However, you have the option to switch between Grid View and List View.

Instructions

To update your Microsoft Teams layout, follow these instructions:

1. Select the Teams icon from the left menu.
2. Select the cogwheel icon next to the Join or Create Team button.
3. Select Switch view to open the Settings menu.
4. Under General, select your preferred Layout option – switch between Grid View or List View.
5. When finished, select the X in the upper right corner to close the Settings window.
