Canvas Catalog: Access Your Course on the Canvas Student Mobile App

- Install and open the Canvas Student app on your mobile device.
- Tap Find my school. NOTE: Do not search for "University of Tennessee, Knoxville" because it uses a separate instance of Canvas, Online@UT that hosts for-credit academic courses.
- Enter ut.instructure.com and tap Go or Return. The Canvas Catalog login page will be displayed.
- Select your login option and follow the instructions on the screen.
- Log in with UTK NetID – UTK users, enter your UTK NetID and password. All UTK faculty, staff, and students automatically receive a UT account in Canvas Catalog. These accounts are created at the beginning of each week.
- Log in without UTK NetID – Non-UTK users, enter the email address and password you used to create your UT Canvas Catalog guest account.
- Upon successful login, you will access the Canvas Catalog student dashboard page. Select a course in which you are enrolled. Find the information about using the Canvas courses on a mobile device at Canvas Student iOS Guide and Canvas Student Android Guide.
