Ring Central: Block a Number

Overview

If you are receiving fraudulent or spam calls or texts through Ring Central, you can follow the instructions below to block numbers.

Instructions

Block a Number Using the Information Bubble Icon

1. Click the Call Log icon. 
2. Click the information bubble icon next to the number you wish to block. 
3. Click the block number icon in the lower right corner of the app. 
4. Click Block to confirm. 

Block a Number in Settings

1. Click the Settings Gear Icon. 
2. Click Calls. 
3. Click Blocked. 
4. Select Specific Calls and Faxes under Block Option. 
5. Enter the phone number you wish to block under "Block these numbers or numbers starting with". 
6. Press Enter on your keyboard to save.
