Microsoft EOP defines the term spam as a message that is unsolicited and unwanted. Spam filters are not perfect, and occasionally, EOP might allow a spam message to be delivered to your inbox. Microsoft allows users to report these errors whenever a spam message is incorrectly classified as safe.
