Zoom: Send files in a Meeting

Instructions

Enable Send Files

1. Go to tennessee.zoom.us and select Create or Edit Account to log in with your NetID and password. 
2. Select Settings in the left-side menu. 
3. Under the Meeting tab, navigate to Send files via meeting chat and move the toggle to On. 
   • You will have the option to restrict file types and file size. 

Send Files in a Meeting

1. In the Chat window, select the File icon. 
2. Select the files you wish to share and send them through the Chat window.
3. Participants will be notified in their Chat window that the file(s) is available for download.
