Enable Send Files
- Go to tennessee.zoom.us and select Create or Log In.
- Use your UPN as your username:
- Your UPN is the email address used to sign in to UT services, such as email, typically in this format:
- Faculty and Staff: Use NetID@utk.edu
- Students: Use NetID@vols.utk.edu
- Look up your UPN online if you aren’t sure which email address you should be using
- Password: Your NetID Password
- Select Settings in the left-side menu.
- Under the Meeting tab, navigate to Send files via meeting chat and move the toggle to On.
- You will have the option to restrict file types and file size.
Send Files in a Meeting
- In the Chat window, select the File icon.
- Select the files you wish to share and send them through the Chat window.
- Participants will be notified in their Chat window that the file(s) is available for download.
