The Personal Meeting ID (PMI) is an open meeting that the leader may start at any time. This meeting is active and available immediately after activating your LiveOnline@UT (Zoom) account. Meeting leaders do not have to use this meeting, however. Leaders may schedule a start a new and different meeting at any time. When considering whether to engage the PMI for sessions, please also review meeting precautions and best practices. For example, it is not recommended to engage the same meeting link for all online classes and online meetings.
