Overview
If you'd like to engage a meeting tool and you cannot locate it on the meeting toolbar or on the Manage Participants menu, verify the meeting settings available in your account. To review the settings, log in to your LiveOnline@UT (Zoom) account via the desktop application or via our tennessee.zoom.us site and follow the instructions below.
Instructions
Update Settings in the Desktop Application
- Sign in to your Zoom account using the SSO option.
- Click the square in the upper-right corner of your screen. It will either have your profile picture or your initials.
- Click Settings.
- Click the boxes next to each setting option you wish to activate.
Update Settings in Your Online Zoom Account
- Go to https://tennessee.zoom.us and select Create or Edit Account.
- Sign in with your NetID username and password.
- Select Meeting Settings.
- Locate the tool you would like to activate and toggle it to "on."
