Stop Share, Webcams, and Mute Participants Simultaneously

Please keep in mind that the following instructions and images refer to the latest version of the Zoom Workplace desktop app. To immediately stop all share, webcam, and audio (microphone) broadcasts during a meeting, use the Suspend Participant Activities option in the Host tools icon.

1. Select the Host tools icon on the meeting toolbar.

2. Select the Participants option.

3. Choose Suspend Participant Activities.

This option will mute all microphones, stop all webcam broadcasts, and end all share screen activity. To continue with meeting or class activities, please review the following tips.

  • The leader may resume activity at any time.
  • The leader/host may need to reactivate their own microphone and webcam before continuing with the meeting or class.
