The first and best thing you can do when you don't see certain course materials in your Online@UT (Canvas) course site is to email your instructor. Whenever possible, use the Canvas 'Inbox' function so your instructor can identify which specific course you are referring to and which course has missing materials.
If you still can't find your course materials and/or your instructor is unable to help you find them, you can submit a ticket for our Teaching, Learning, & Research service online or contact us via phone at 865-974-9900.
