How are expenses updated and assigned to the correct fund and IRIS GL account?

 The funds are added in Concur and go through all the same approvals as they do in IRIS.  Once the charges reach final approval and audit, they will be transferred over to IRIS.  They will post as Financial Documents with document types of YT for expense reports and YY for cash advances.
