No, travelers are not required to identify and assign request or expense delegates (travel manager, travel processor, administrative professional) to utilize Concur, the University's travel platform. Concur is a traveler-focused system that empowers the traveler to manage all aspects of their travel. However, travelers may add individuals as necessary to assist them in.
